Kit Check is seeking a passionate Regional Sales Director to drive revenue and growth within our organization.  The Regional Sales Director is responsible for sales growth by driving measurable revenue results, managing and growing existing client relationships, and bringing the highest level of value to our clients.  This position is also responsible for targeting new accounts for Kit Check to enter that will be strategically important in the long-term.  Kit Check’s sales model focuses on ensuring our products get to market quickly so this role can have immediate impact within the organization. 

This position has territory responsibility in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Oklahoma. Preference for the Regional Sales Director to live in the region they are serving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain new business and cultivate existing relationships
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of pipeline, account plans and regional management activities in Kit Check’s CRM tool (currently
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Kit Check’s value and differentiation
  • Establish positive and long-term client relationships through prospecting and conducting meetings with clients and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms with clients

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated history of competitive wins within the industry
  • Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills
  • Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite staff
  • Willing to travel about 50% of the time
